The Charter is not intended for minors. We understand the importance of protecting personal data relating to minors, particularly in a virtual environment, and as such we will not collect or retain data relating to minors.

ADVEN TRANSITION ensures that only the data strictly necessary for the realization of the services subscribed by the User are collected.
Also, when the User is only a simple visitor to our website, ADVEN TRANSITION does not collect any personal data about the User.

 

However, when registering for a service offered, ADVEN TRANSITION will only collect the personal data that the User himself/herself will communicate to us via :

In the contact form “Contact Us”, the following personal data must be filled in:

  • Email address

Other information related to your request (expertise, additional information) will be collected on an optional basis.
In the application form “Postuler chez Meotec”, the following personal data must be filled in:

  • First name
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Curriculum vitae (marital status, photo, education, professional experience, etc.)

In the contact form “Being called back”, the following personal data must be filled in:

  • Name of the company
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Purpose of treatment

The above information is collected in order to contact the User again as soon as possible (and in the case of an application, to identify assignments compatible with his/her profile). Its explicit consent being necessary, a dedicated mention to this effect is thus present on the forms of the site. The User may withdraw his consent at any time without affecting his relationship with ADVEN TRANSITION.

 

However, ADVEN TRANSITION does not collect and/or compile personal data or information obtained via this website in order to use it for commercial purposes, for marketing purposes or to send e-mails on behalf of third parties.

 

User information will also not be transferred outside the European Union.

 

Finally, no decisions will be made in an automatic/automated manner.

  • Data Retention

By accepting the conditions of use, the User agrees that his or her data will be stored in digital format in a secure and exclusive database.
This data is kept for a period of two years after the last contact between the User and ADVEN TRANSITION .

The data collected via the contact form is accessible to certain ADVEN TRANSITION associates. They are in charge of filtering and redistributing the request to the appropriate ADVEN TRANSITION contact person.

 

The data collected via the application form is accessible by internal staff in charge of recruitment:

  • Human Resources Department
  • Business managers

 

We also inform you that we will disclose a User’s Personal Data if we are required to do so by law or by virtue of a court order.

Update

We encourage the User to inform us as soon as possible of any changes concerning his Personal Data (address, contact details, mobility or more generally your situation) so that we can keep your profile up to date accordingly.
