How do we select our transition managers?

IDENTIFICATION

Adven Transition Associates identifies managers with experience in several functions and specialities with the support of our sourcing teams.

SELECTION

The pre-selected Managers are invited to an evaluation interview with all the Associates. After a reference check, they are evaluated during role-playing sessions. After a reference check, they are evaluated during role-playing sessions.

VALIDATION

Final validation by the Management Committee

INTEGRATION

An integration seminar is offered to all of our Transition Managers in order for them to fully assimilate our methodology and values.

FOLLOW-UP

Our teams then ensure an ongoing relationship with our Transition Managers during and outside the mission.

What are our methods of intervention?

The methods of intervention of our Transition Managers are governed in the strictest compliance with the labor code relating to the legislation in force.
As such, the intervention of our Transition Managers takes the form of a service provision contract with Adven Transition, to whom they charge feesfor the duration of the assignment.

 

At the end of the assignment, the Manager leaves the company where he or she was working at without the risk of a contract requalification.
The duration of an assignment varies from a few weeks to several months. Our clients are invoiced monthly according to the number of days worked.
