The Team

Managing Director and founder of ADVEN

Hubert Demaison

After creating and managing the Altran Group’s technological innovation consulting division in Spain for 5 years, Hubert joined the IT & Labs division of Orange Business Services in 2003 to support the Group in the deployment of its diversification strategy.

In 2006, Hubert took part in the launch of a strategy consulting firm and became head of the Banking & Insurance practice. He then worked with General Management to initiate and conduct operational consulting assignments on issues such as optimizing the profitability of customer portfolios, reducing the risk of attrition, and improving the performance of their distribution networks.
Associate Director at EY, Hubert led the Business Development of the Middle- Market division with a clientele of listed companies, patrimonials and growth companies. He particularly assisted their managers in their financing operations, external growth or improvement of their operational and financial performance.
At the end of 2013, he left the firm and founded Adven Transition.

Chairman of MEOGROUP

Richard Caron

As a trained engineer, Richard has worked in business consulting for most of his career.
After 10 years spent at Altran as a partner and director of operations, he created MEOTEC, a management and purchasing consulting firm, in 2005.
In 2012, he founded CADELE, a recruitment consulting firm, then SOWING, a strategy consulting firm dedicated to the agro-industrial world and, more recently, LUCA, a consulting firm in Architecture and Urban Planning.
More than 400 employees have joined the ranks of these companies in 15 years.
It was during MEOTEC’s participation in the 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, organized by EY, that Hubert and Richard, who had worked together under the same banner at the end of the 1990s, met again. It was with great pleasure and motivation that Richard accepted to accompany Hubert in his entrepreneurial project.
