The Team

Managing Director and founder of ADVEN

Hubert Demaison

After creating and managing the Altran Group’s technological innovation consulting division in Spain for 5 years, Hubert joined the IT & Labs division of Orange Business Services in 2003 to support the Group in the deployment of its diversification strategy.

In 2006, Hubert took part in the launch of a strategy consulting firm and became head of the Banking & Insurance practice. He then worked with General Management to initiate and conduct operational consulting assignments on issues such as optimizing the profitability of customer portfolios, reducing the risk of attrition, and improving the performance of their distribution networks.
Associate Director at EY, Hubert led the Business Development of the Middle- Market division with a clientele of listed companies, patrimonials and growth companies. He particularly assisted their managers in their financing operations, external growth or improvement of their operational and financial performance.
At the end of 2013, he left the firm and founded Adven Transition.

Chairman of MEOGROUP

Richard Caron

As a trained engineer, Richard has worked in business consulting for most of his career.
After 10 years spent at Altran as a partner and director of operations, he created MEOTEC, a management and purchasing consulting firm, in 2005.
In 2012, he founded CADELE, a recruitment consulting firm, then SOWING, a strategy consulting firm dedicated to the agro-industrial world and, more recently, LUCA, a consulting firm in Architecture and Urban Planning.
More than 400 employees have joined the ranks of these companies in 15 years.
It was during MEOTEC’s participation in the 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, organized by EY, that Hubert and Richard, who had worked together under the same banner at the end of the 1990s, met again. It was with great pleasure and motivation that Richard accepted to accompany Hubert in his entrepreneurial project.

Chairman and co-founder of the Pierre Hermé Paris Group

Charles Znaty

After having led a career and created several companies in the fields of consulting and communication, Charles ZNATY, along with the eponymous pastry chef, founded the “Pierre Hermé Paris” Group in 1997.

During the following 10 years, he carried out both his own consulting activities and the development of the Pierre Hermé Paris Group in France and Japan, thus building the reputation of the brand at an international level.

Starting in 2007, the growth of the Group he manages particularly accelerated with the creation of a Macaroon and Chocolate Factory in Alsace, and the opening of subsidiaries in Great Britain, Hong Kong, and a first location in the Middle East.

His group, which now has 600 employees, is present in more than 10 countries with some fifty exclusive points of sale, and an online store.

Charles ZNATY is a graduate of the Ecole d’Administration des Affaires de Paris, Vice-President and Treasurer of the MEDEF Paris, and member of the Economic Commission of the Comité Colbert.

Our commitments

Like the other MEOGROUP firms, we are committed to, and act daily in respect of the four pillars of our CSR approach.

Social

Fulfilled employees (Social and Economic Committee, bonuses, uniformly distributed profit-sharing, integration seminar, involvement of consultants on internal projects),
Sustainable employment (follow-up of consultants on mission, training, career path),
Equality advocation and defense (action plans to maintain parity and equality between men and women, a program to promote the employment of senior employees and the introduction of a “Disability Team”),
Signature of the Managerial Charter by all managers,
Signature of the Diversity Charter.

Societal

Fair, equitable and honest treatment of our suppliers and consultants,
Committed suppliers who respect the eight fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization and validated by the Provigis platform,
Good working conditions and physical, mental and social well-being of our employees are at the heart of our concerns (right to disconnection, telework charter, road safety and awareness raising),
Patronage (team “4 sailors full of energy”, team during the 4L Trophy, team of the Rallye des Gazelles, distribution of the apprenticeship tax, Rounding on Salary in partnership with MicroDON) and associative partnership (Le Rameau).

Environmental

Controlled energy consumption (automatic switch-off of appliances and lighting, power cuts, air conditioning and other electrical appliances at the end of the day and on weekends),
Saving natural resources (selective sorting, paperless approach, recycling of electronic devices, distribution of reusable goodies),
Fight against pollution (recommended public transportation and carpooling, facilitated teleworking).

Responsible Authority

Perpetual and evolving commitment (regular evaluation of our CSR performance thanks to the EcoVadis platform, which certifies the quality of our services as a supplier),
Respected and protected human rights (adherence to the 10 principles of the UN covenant),
Guaranteed protection of personal data (launch of our compliance approach in 2018),
Fight against corruption led by all our employees.
