The Transition Manager is an experienced professional, whose functional and operational skills allow them to be in the position of both analyzing & making decisions, and establishing & executing an action plan.
Endowed with a great capacity for adaptation, they know how to act quickly and successfully to carry out major projects, and to meet both the expected results and objectives.
As a man or woman of skilled in communication, he or she is able to communicate with shareholders, management staff, and directors while also listening and responding to the teams in the field.
Finally, his or her intrinsic qualities as an educator are indispensable assets when it comes to passing on to management and internal teams the responsibility for actions taken once the mission is completed.

What are our methods of intervention?
The methods of intervention of our Transition Managers are governed in the strictest compliance with the labor code relating to the legislation in force.
As such, the intervention of our Transition Managers takes the form of a service provision contract with Adven Transition, to whom they charge feesfor the duration of the assignment.
At the end of the assignment, the Manager leaves the company where he or she was working at without the risk of a contract requalification.
The duration of an assignment varies from a few weeks to several months. Our clients are invoiced monthly according to the number of days worked.
