The methods of intervention of our Transition Managers are governed in the strictest compliance with the labor code<\/strong><\/span> relating to the legislation in force.
\nAs such, the intervention of our Transition Managers takes the form of a service provision contract<\/strong><\/span> with Adven Transition, to whom they charge fees<\/strong><\/span>for the duration of the assignment.<\/p>\n

At the end of the assignment, the Manager leaves the company where he or she was working at without the risk of a contract requalification.
